Lisa Fitzpatrick, MD, MPH, MPA

Lisa is a board-certified infectious diseases physician and a medical epidemiologist. She has experience serving as a member of the Center for Disease Control’s elite Epidemic Intelligence Service, as a foreign diplomat in the Caribbean, as an academic researcher, and as the former chief medical officer for the DC Medicaid program. She is a member of the Institute of Medicine/ National Academy of Sciences Roundtable on Health Literacy and an Aspen Institute Health Innovator Fellow. Lisa has lived and worked throughout the District of Columbia, including in Ward 8.
